Residential Care Assistant - 21 hours per week
Nexxus care is currently recruiting for care assistants to join the team at Bracken House, Burntwood.
- Work in a 34-bedded residential care home.
- No experience required; full training and ongoing support provided.
- Focus on person-centred care for residents, especially those living with dementia.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care (washing, bathing, dressing).
- Support residents at mealtimes, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Follow individual care plans and maintain clear documentation.
- Encourage and participate in activities for residents, creating enjoyable moments.
