Extra Care Scheme Support Worker - 30 hours per week

Our extra care village supports long term packages of care to residents in one building. Each service user lives within their own self-contained apartment, with their own front door. Our support workers are on site to provide personal care and support services.
The role will include support with:
* Personal care - washing, showering and toileting
* Medication administration
* Food preparation
* Domestic help including laundry, shopping and general cleaning
* Social support - attending residents meeting and communal areas
* Answering emergency call bells
* Greeting visitors to the scheme and answering telephone calls as required
