Nights Care Assistant – Bracken House, Burntwood

Guaranteed hours are available on a 2-week rolling rota (shifts: 10pm-8am, including alternate weekends)
What you’ll be doing - As a nights Care Assistant, you’ll provide person-centred care with kindness and respect, making a real difference to the lives of our residents.
Duties may include:
- Assisting with washing, bathing, dressing and personal care, while always promoting independence and dignity.
- Following individual care plans, respecting personal choices, and keeping clear documentation.
- Ensuring the health and safety of the home is paramount – answering call bells, responding to emergencies, following clear instructions from senior members of team
- Upkeep of cleanliness standards – cleaning of communal areas and supporting laundry facilities where possible

No previous experience needed – just the right attitude!
Please note that the night shift are waking nights, this role can be physically demanding but extremely rewarding.
